Allows the Secondary radio in a Dual Radio configuration to
transmit on a radio-wide basis.
When disabled, all transmissions from
the Secondary radio are disabled, and the Secondary radio becomes capable
of receive-only. This receive-only
radio is also known as the Hot
Red Receiver. See also
the Talkgroup Mute Option.
When the Radio Selection field is set to "Secondary Radio", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
